ARF SD43 rotor removal

Hey guys, I'm not familiar with this rotor attachment. How is this rotor removed?

I'm pretty sure the jeweled plate in the center of the rotor is just glued on, with a standard rotor screw underneath.

Thanks Pelagic for the answer to this question. He used a triangular head screwdriver for his project. The are 3 little detents in the decorative rotor screw head, the whole thing rotates off. I did not have a triangular head screwdriver and was going to grind down a square bit to a triangle shape but I found that a T-5 star bit was the right 1.2mm size to catch those detents perfectly.
