Got my watch back from Alex which took just over the advised 6 weeks, but it was so well worth the wait! The watch is a 2824 and was a good runner before, but had some issues with the stem and winding which eventually led to a breakdown and a botched repair by me. Alex has sent back a watch that is almost unrecognisable to what it was when he received it. It winds smooth as butter, the date clicks over at midnight, it loses and gains only a few seconds in a day. It runs beautifully with a silent rotor. This guy is a craftsman and the quality of his work is outstanding. Thank you Alex, I hope I can call on you again if I have issues with any of my watches
