Not totally sure as the picture quality is quite poor, but appears to be a 7CD bracelet code and very clear "STEEL INOX" error.

Those subdial hands look not too gen in my eyes. IDK if it is because of the angle of the camera or what, they are a bit shorter than they were supposed to be and a bit too pointy like a toothpick. My franken 116500 could look better than this.
