Are you satisfied with your BRONZO?

For many people it's probably the first Bronze watch,

How many wrist time are your babies getting?
Is the size too big for you to be a daily beater?
Is the prestige missing from having a nicely polished and shiny Luxus watch on your wrist that gets many people looking but instead a dull dirty looking "tool watch"?

How did people react to the not so usual material?
Many people are probably reminded of old chromed watches where the plating is coming off.

How are you dealing with the strap situation.
Factory strap is a dead give away and it's hard to or impossible to find good quality straps for it. Sadly no 23mm rubber B copy is awaylible like for the 22mm ones.

So what are you wearing yours with?

Currently I'm looking to buy a used Blue XF in the WTB section of this forum, are many people available who simply could not befriend themselves with their Bronzo watch?

Worst shots are highly welcomed my friends

I had a blue one
It annoyed me finding a nice strap for it.
didn’t like the nato
hated hated hated the rep leather.

found a silicone one on Ali that worked well and looked good. I don’t think I have a pic handy.
sold the watch off. Looked great in my box but just didn’t see any wrist time.
If I kept it I would have bought a rubber crafter blue for it.

I like the numerals on a explorer, but the numerals on the Tudor seemed - not sure the word- cheesy, cheap, kiddish. Most will probably disagree, it’s just my opinion.

The actual bronze was very nice. I loved the bronze and the patina.
Sold off my SS BLack bay as well, size was ok but these are so slab sided, didn’t really sit well on my wrist, again personal preference.

Still have my BB58, that’s a keeper. 7” wrist. Perfect.

My slate Bronzo gets a fair wrist time and if you are common with larger sizes the watch isnt too big at all ... its much smaller then the 47mm Panerai Bronzo. The only problem is the strap. As APjumbo mentioned, the OEM-Straps are rubbish. The slate version comes with a NATO-Strap and a kind of suede leather black strap which is nearly unusable and is the only leather strap I know, that "squeaks". Fortunately the 24mm Straps for Panerais fits nearly perfect on the Tudor, but as the watch is much smaller most Pam-Straps -especially the better/expensive ones - look too thick. So all in all its a very nice watch with minor subjective problems. I will keep it.
