First off, I want to give props to the originator of this Tutorial right here:

I followed these steps (sorta) Although it def took more time than expected.
I also want to give props to Dustin. He provided all the tools and even lent his home to do this little project. Thanks again Dustin
Materials Used:
Dremel with Felt tip bit (usually comes in dremel kits)
Cape Cod Cloth (search online)
Chopsticks/toothpick to get into the corners.
Brasso to help take off the AR in tougher areas
Latex Gloves
Tweezers/ Screwdrivers
We used a ball of tape to remove the case back
Alright! Let's take a look.
Here is the watch before. This is a DSN 111H. Love the watch, but the blue AR is SO obvious.
Remove case back, you can see the Asian Swan Neck
We removed the crown and the movement as you cans see. Then we used Cape Cod to get the polish into the crystal.
That's Dustin's hand We had to manually use the Cape Cod and a toothpick/chopsticks to get into the corners. NOT FUN!
We used various Felt bits on the dremel to remove the AR. It took a lot of time and on and off pressure to remove the AR.
Putting everything back together
FINAL RESULT. MUCH NICER RESULT. NO AR!
I will tell you, it took a long time to do this. Much longer than I thought it would. We spent a few hours going back and forth to make sure we got as much AR off as possible. The edges took the longest.
Also keep in mind that while we removed the AR, it would turn BROWN before actually coming off. We had to use the light a lot to check our work, but we finally got it
Enjoy everyone!
