when a watch stated as one side ar coating...is it coated from the inside of the glass or the outside?
if iys from the inside there is anyway to do it double ar coating by myself?
is there any home kit to coat the outside of the glass?

No, there is no home kit available. Current coating technique is using electron beams and thermal vapor, plus ion deposition technique. The machine Leybold APS costs about 500 000 Eur when new.

If it is single side AR, most likely it is coated on the inside. The rationale behind: this coating works like a thin film, can/will get scratched. Once it's scratched, the repair option available is to strip off all coatings and recoat it.

Don't count on replica single side AR coating. It looks very faint and not so effective.
