Aqunaut 5968A Orange strap flyback chrono

I was hoping by now there's a clone movement for this watch.
I figure worst comes to worst we can order a custom dial and cnc case to gen spec.

But is there no cloned movement from another patek that uses the same one for this watch?

If there was a decent clone I would expect it to sell well given how much the real thing is still selling for. The last rep I saw could have been used to club someone as it was so chunky.

Yea I think it's the nicest looking Aquanaut.
I'm just wondering if there's a different patek that uses the same movement that can be transfered over to this watch.

I know the current rep doesn't even have the right case dimensions nor dial.

The CH 28-520 C/528 is only used in the 5968 as of now.

Don't hope for a clone movement. It's very unlikely to happen.

Yes they are chunky... a smaller diameter Aquanaut Chrono would be lovely!

This version is 15.7 mm thick

This is from YKF Factory and it is 14mm thick which actually is pretty good

How is the thinner one the jewelled up one? Its one of those talked about watches as well but I guess its not as popular as I think it is.

@Pedalo : the first is from ACF Factory, the second is from YLF.

Both are A 7750 based, yet the difference is quite substantial... 1.7 mm!

Edit: the YLF version is available also without diamonds , same 14 mm thick

I agree with, you but let'd think that the AP Code 11.59 Chrono, recently released , is a massive 16.5 mm thick !

So, it can be worse ...

@Horace_Derwent I did look at the regular 11.59 but I don't think they can replicate it well. 16.5 mm though, thicker than my actual wrist lol
