Aquaracer Chrono

First post here so be gentle.
I was thinking about picking up a Tag Aquaracer Chrono. I have only bought a couple reps in the past and never much more than $100.
This one has an asian 7750, sapphire chrystal (no pics yet).
My questions are - for a little less than $300 -
1) should I expect a lot better quality than a $100 rep
2)) has anyone else ever bought one and do you like it?

2) yes, ByTor has a great review of this in his section. it's definitely one of the best out of the box reps you can get, extremely gen-like. check out my collection link in my sig for pics of mine and a small review as well.

I have the watch as well and LOVE it. It is extremely well done and definitely one of the best out-of-the box reps I have ever had. I'm not a photographer, but here's mine:

I've been looking at this too (just saw it in an older Watch Time review).
Watcheden has both the quartz and the 7750 models (good rep, since the original is based on an unmodified/undecorated 7750).
The quartz is int he $100 range, the 7750 in the $300 range.

I'm sure other trusted dealers have them too ('just haven't checked yet as an SOSF is my current goal).
