A7750 second at 9

Hi guys, I've read a lot about problems with movements with the second at 6, is that because of an extra complication to move the second from the normal 9 position to 6?

Because every swiss 7750 i've seen has the seconds at 9.

If an A7750 has the second at 9 is it more reliable?

One more question I thought of, do the Asian 7750's use hands with the same sizes as an ETA 7750?

I believe the canon pin is the same diameter and that the hands are interchangeable, but don't base your decision on my uneducated guess.
