It is absolutely flawless, has 100% battery health, and comes with working blood oxygen sensor. The Ultra 2s do not have the blood oxygen capability after Apple lost a patent dispute with medical technology company Masimo.
Watch will come with original packaging and everything but the Black/Gray Trail Loop which I am keeping. The charger hasn't even been removed from the original factory packaging. It also has the ability to add Apple Care + for another 55+ days.
