AP Rubber clad offer [REP]. Take it or leave it?

I was just offered a rep Rubber clad AP for $350 shipped EMS. Watch is in decent condition, I'll post some pics later but what do you guys reckon? Is that a good deal or should I just buy it from a dealer? How much do they go for brand new?

A new ultimate rubber clad is about $478. plus shipping so you would be saving over 150.. depending on the condition, as you say its "decent" so maybe for $150 your better off getting a new one
