I had one of those small 33mm ROs and sold it a few years ago and I quite regretted it since, so I decided to sort that out.

I had a JF before and we all know how good was JF with Royal Oaks, so my main concern was not the size, thickness, etc, but the overall look in general. A Royal Oak does not only need to have the right proportions but also has to shine. And I mean that literally. By design, it plays with reflections, polished surfaces, brushed surfaces, angles, etc.
So, the veredict is that oh boy it does shine! Here are some pics. I particularly like the dial and how it changes its aspect depending on light conditions, to plain white to silver with white snowy reflections.
