Yes it's small, but for if it's not a real one, i prefer withou.
And for the custom when i travel, it's better ;-)

I have not seen one in the last 10 years, no sterile around.
Your hard must beat for PAMs, then you find a lot.

Also possible to make a chrono AP sterile through Vasectomy.
Painful but 100% sterile.
No more moving seconds and shit that will mess with the MVT
