Here is bump for this thread. It's a pic showing that the case-back can be slimmed. CBR mentioned the possibility of doing this mod. I believe this was his work. Fortitude to you CBR.

only problems that can be VERY noticable would be caseback thickness, engraving quality, and the crown position, other then that, near perfect!
