AP Guru's need help IDing odd watch

Customer of mine knows I like watches and brought in a pair of older watches to see if I could help her ID them. One was a vintage IWC portuguese that was just stunning but the other was a complete mystery to me. I'll try and get pics tomorrow when I bring in a camera but the physical description is: very small "womens" watch, older (thinking earliest it could be is 70's but more likely older), thin and slendor, ap logo, solid gold band that more resembled a ladies gold bracelet. Like I said I'll grab pix tomorrow but if anyone has an inkling let me know.
