It was working without an issue for me, but I did not try out the quick date setting. Here is the comment from previous buyer:
The watch runs as it should, to my knowledge. Time setting is smooth and effortless, quick date setting has the little problem illustrated by @C Master in his previous thread, you need to be gentle and find the right angle to engage the mechanism. But it runs perfectly if you use the time setting function. The inner bezel has a similar behaviour, it neds a bit of wiggling to engage the mechanism, hence I only used it once.
