Looks like a twelve year old put the roller ball in with a pair of pliers.

Any ideas how to fix it out does someone have an eyes lever I can buy?

Got it out....which is a huge pita. Used a old cg pin. used a dremel to to make out thinner. the pin holding the roller ball is a lot more round. I have to sand the lever down to make the cut marks go in. but hey I think its an improvement

Darn, I have one on the way. I saw the roller in the QC pic and thought it was the angle of the pic. Oh well, I guess I will see when it gets here...

Damn! Looks like I'll be doing the sane thing. I took apart my 177l cg and the parts are def NOT interchangeable. I tried the roller ball from that cg but no go. Too thin. Are all the 177/111m like this crap quality?

Guys this is not an easy take. Not only did it take me pushing the pin. It took me bending the cg that houses the roller ball to get the roller ball out. Then I fabricated a new pin. Then pushing it in as hard and as deep as I could (not meaning to sound dirty ;)) then sanding it all on off, resanding and a slight polish, and to be its still not round enough...

ATTEMPT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I don't think Ron could have found anything small enough to fit in that hole! ;-)

Haha that's what she said. Ya know what works really well that I've been using to take apart the cg's are those bracelet pin punchers and a jewelers hammer (plastic side plz for the love..).
