I feel like a nato strap may work well for me as I sweat no matter what and I can just toss it in the fallI definitely prefer steel bracelets in summer and avoid rubber and leather like the plague - but I'm quite fortunate that all of my current rotation have some form of OTF adjustment, either Glidelock, ratcheting or Easylink.
Another good option is mesh as this allows a certain amount of breathability and can usually be adjusted fairly easily if it gets too tight - either with a tang buckle or some form of deployant.
I tried MN style elastic straps and found that while they allow for a lot of wrist swelling before they need adjusting, they made my wrist sweat pretty much the same as leather or rubber - so back to bracelets.
Apparently Perlon straps are the best all rounder for summer, but I'm still yet to try one!
I’ve tried them and I just can’t gel with them, I like all the colours and patterns, I just don’t like how they wear as my wrist size means spare material that needs to be looped under all the keepers and it just ends up looking like a lop-sided messI feel

A loose NATO strap is a sign of a disorderly mind
