Anyone take apart their Bently GT?

I just got a nice Bently GT from Iluvhockey here and I want to get it AR'd. I haven't touched it yet as far as trying to get the crystal out but I wanted to know if anyone here has tried it or should I not bother. I'm pretty handy but I do know my limitations and I don't want to ruin the watch. Thanks

I'd read up on how to do it and buy some cheap watch to practice on.. biggest thing is 'popping' the crystal out without scratching or breaking it..
