I have been searching for dealers who have PVD bracelets/straps but can't seem to find any


Can someone be a fairy and light the way to someone who sells them?

There isn't any sold by itself, in terms of Panerai styled/branded bracelets. But you could try asking the dealers who sell the PAM438 Tuttonero which comes with a DLCed steel bracelet, maybe they can source the spare bracelet.
