The Double-D was introduced in 2010, so yours is older than that.

Around 2016 they switched to the current "Isle of Skye Liqueur" bottle and also silently changed the recipe. The current Drambuie is dryer with the anise more forward. I prefer the sweeter "vintage" version that gives legs longer than Betty Grable's when you swirl it.
