That's a good question. The watch was unmodified but I got it in a trade, so I don't know which generation of DSN case it is. I did not have to do any modification to the stem nor the CG holes, everything just fit.

Can you take a shot straight on from the CG side of the case? That way we can see the orientation of the crown...

It could be just that, I think I'm the 4th owner. Here's a profile of the CG. BTW Normal lug screws fit as well.

Does DSN even make his own SS case. Seems like he's just using std rep cases now, at least my 113 did.
