Anyone knows about this PAM009B, lever pointing down.

I found this PAM009B in eBay. The lever on CG is pointing down which is unusual. I've never seen one like this. The CG seems to be correct also since the curve on CG is in front. Does there such a PAM exist? Any expert?

they simply made a mistake , when they screwd the CG to the case.
The CG fits both ways.

My wondering is the CG can install both way but they are not symmetrical. The CG is actually flat on back side and curve on front. But this photo shows that the front CG is curve. This means the original body is left hand case. This is why I am wondered. So ask for expert's opinion.
