Anyone know where I can get this part for sw200-1?

I have an SW200-1 which is missing the ratchet wheel screw, according to the service manual this is part number 5415:

I figured this would be easy to get hold of, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm in the UK so my first stop was Cousins, but I don't see it listed anywhere. I thought of trying the ETA2824-2, but the part there is listed as obsolete.

Thinking it might be shared with other movements I search "5415" and came up with AS10515415, but the part arrived and seems to be a slightly too large screwthread :-(

I've tried looking on ebay but came up blank. Can't help but feel I must be doing something stupid - can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately that would be $50 shipping on a $2 part, so it's probably a last resort!
