Looks like a Venus 75 or Seagull ST-19 (Asian replica of the venus)

both used for manual winding chronos

Then I would guess it's the Venus 75/Seagull 19. Pretty good and reliable movement, compared to the A7750. Often used in replicas of watches with the Valijoux 72c, like the Rolex Daytona. The Venus 75 essentially is the Seagull 19. Seagull purchased the equipment for that movement from the company that produced it as Venus 75.
Sometimes you get watches with that movement with a frozen subdial at 6 o'clock. Because it looks better when the hand is always at the same position. No one uses the chrono anyway [emoji6][emoji51]
