Anyone having issues paying Hontwatch through Western Union?

Hi everyone. I placed an order with Hont and was provided information for an account in HK to pay through Western Union. After a few days, Western Union says the destination bank received the funds, but Hont can't see them in his account. Has anyone had any issues using WU as a payment method with this dealer? Thanks!

Update, in case anyone is interested: the bank in HK refused the transfer and WU is going to refund me the funds. I've paid Hont through Wise with no issues.
