Hello,

I ordered om May 8 a watch on InTimeWatch which seems to be a trusted dealer.
Iam located in the Netherlands so they shipped it to UK and from UK they told me to ship to my country.
I had contact with Ryan. The tracking from China to UK I seen it has been delivered. But the seccond tracking they provided me from the UK to my country Netherlands shows that the package is been delivered on 24-06-2019.
This is a little weird. His answer on this is the UK mailwebsite has a error. After calling the UK mail service they know nothing about an error on their website which shows wrong tracking info.
Anyone recent ordered on InTimeWatch and had same experience..

You need to provide the tracking number or at least screenshots. There is also the probability that someone stole your package off your porch. Since you were not a member when you ordered the watch, RWI generally won't want to mediate your issue for you. You need to talk to Ryan and your Netherlands/UK post and see what's up. Here in Canada, Postal Crimes are considered to be very serious with a maximum prison sentence of 10 years and a minimum fine of $5,000 if found guilty.

Unfortunately, I suspect that this will be the nicest response you will get on this site.

Can yoy give some date, like when the shipping arrived in uk (due to first track) and re-started towards you?

Looks more of a postal service error then Ryan and probably i guess he is waiting also for a reply from the postal company

Hello,

May 26 the watch arrived in the UK.
On May 27 they send me the seccond tracking.
When I checked the tracking I saw item was delivered on June 24th 2019 in the USA.
Iam located in the Netherlands. When I checked that same tracking just now I dont get any tracking result because the website has an error.

Ryan told me 2 days ago about the error. But when I called UK mailservice they told me that their website has not technical issue.

You ordered on the 8th May and it's arrived in the UK, where you can expect your parcel to spend anything from 3 to 10 days before it gets forwarded to you.

If the date you have given above is the date as it was shown on the Post Office website then it is obviously an error - tracking numbers generally only last 3 months, then they are re-used again. If your number shows a delivery in 2019, then it's obviously an error.
Triangle shipping to the EU usually takes 4 - 6 weeks, you've only been waiting 3 weeks. There really is no need to for you to warn people about the TD - he's been here much longer than you and will still be here a long time after you've gone.

Time travelling thieves eh ? - bastards, the lot of them.

He joined on the 1st of May, and ordered on the 8th, so if anything were to go wrong with his transaction (very unlikely), then RWI would help.

It's undoubtedly the nicest reply, but unfortunately not the most helpful.

Yeah I had been always having problems with TD's.

I bought a $500 Hulk expecting it to be the same as my $10,000 gen, but oh boy it is not!

I recently ordered a watch from InTime and response from Ryan was great, I’m in California and it took about 5 weeks for me to get the watch which I literally received just yesterday... that said I had the same tracking issue where it was here in the states for about two weeks before I actually received it. The tracking info was suspicious and non informative for me as well but quite honestly I expected it so I was not that concerned.. it was quite literally sitting in the post office right here near me for about 8 days for some reason... I’m sure it’s a postal glitch especially if it states it was delivered in 2019.... I’d give it another week before you get to nervous.

I've bought from a Ryan several watches. He's literally as trusted as trusted gets. Defaming him here without evidence, without tracking, or any details makes me genuinely angry. Ryan is responsive, emails back always, is polite and patient. The members here know this... Point fingers somewhere else... We're not buying it.

I have ordered multiple watches from him as well without any issues. You just have to be patient, shipping usually takes a long time.

I know it takes long time before receiving but i never got from a online order a tracking which is 1 year old (24-06-2019). According to Intimewatch its an error on the mailservice.
i'll be patient and wait.

This reminded me that I put an order in with them on 4/27 and still don't have it. 4PX says it is at LAX and has been since 5/17. Just emailed them, will see what they say.

I don't think tRyan has any of his staff working at LAX, you'll just have to be patient whilst the parcel is processed - that pesky virus has slowed things down.

LAX ops team are on another one. My package did not move from there for 2-3 weeks. But rest assured, it will.

Oh, I don't think this is necessarily a problem with InTime, more so with the shipping that they (and it seems most TD's) use these days (boy do I miss the days of 2 weeks or less from DHL). Quite honestly, I half expect it to show up at my office without an update to the 4PX or USPS sites.
