I dont have a tutorial, but I can tell you that you will need some basic tools first. Go to http://www.ofrei.com/ and you will need a tool to press the hands back in place and a tool to remove the hands. This is very important because you can damage the dial by using anything else. Also do you understand how to remove the movement from the case by reomoving the crown stem. I have done alot of work myself and yes it is alot of fun. You can find all this info online.

Getting a good tool set is very important too. It may not come cheap though. Prepare to spend about U$100 to get a decent starter kit which will have long lifespan.
