Anyone familar with hallmarks?

Picked up an auction lot today t9 practice with the mechanisms and there were a few hallmarks on the outer case and mechanism. Best i could come up with is 80% silver case, handmade? (Deposé) in France.

Dial is shattered enamel with filigree hands.
