Pulled the trigger after years of reading through the forums, and bought my first rep from Andiot and paid via wise, no issue and after qc watch arrived within 2 weeks
Decided to get my second watch through Trustytime cause they had the 8% discount with additional 5% if paid via wise
- 19th May - paid via wise
- 22nd May - hear from Andrew that "The account have issue , the payment will return back your bank"
- 24th May - Andrew sends a screenshot saying that refund has happened
- 2nd June - I check with wise, and they advise that they screenshot is not from wise but from recipient's bank so they cannot advise on where the refund is. Have also reached out to Andrew again to see if he can check with his bank
Not saying that the money is gone, as Andrew is a trusted rep here but for peace of mind wanted to see if anyone has gone through this issue when a refund is initiated and that they money does come back but just takes time
