When did you send the payment to Jtime?. With Bitcoin can you see if they received the funds?. Did you check your junk mail in case the confirmation went there?. And as mentioned above did you use the contact info for Jtime from this site.

Check transaction ID and confirmations. You can check as well his wallet to know if funds have been received.
