I'm utterly frustrated that the standard Panerai OEM straps will not fit me. Is an 8" wrist that much above average ? I'm wearing the last one I picked up on the second to last hole. Looks ridiculous. Wore it for the first time today on my Fiddy. Maybe I'm just too frustrated. :(

I have that exact sentiment... but im on the other side of the extremities. I always need to use the first hole near the case.. :frusty:

I know it is the standard size but an 8" wrist is not standard is it?
The xl size of 115/95 will fit you

Op also makes a short strap for hazoudous which I think is 115/67

Yes , I know. I just picked up a couple of great straps from Strap Daddy. I thought I could get away with the standard ones. I had the same issue with an IWC Top Gun.

An 8" wrist is not uncommon, but I don't believe it is the target measurement that OEM straps were designed for. I think the average wrist is around 7.25". The good news is that there is no shortage of custom strap makers. IMO, I see no need for a OEM strap anyways. Even the most uptight paneristi uses aftermarket straps.
