Anyone bought a PAM00524 flyback rep from Perfectwatches?

They advertise a Swiss ETA version of the 524 fully working. $699, a tish pricey but I was about to buy a gen for $7800 until I figured I'd rather send my kids to college.

I doubt I would use the flyback feature, just like the look.

I doubt it would even work, irregardless of your desire to use it. Buy a PAM524, with a genuinely guaranteed non-working flyback movement, for 400$ less, get your kids a laptop to use during assignments.

In most cases the swiss version is below par movements at the td:s from what I've read... So kinda sceptical to this one

That is what I needed to hear. One figures the ETA would be more reliable but often not so.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a 524? Obviously I'd like a close to GEN one but reliability is key as well.

They are the same? The first one didn't say it was a fake Flyback specifically so I assumed it was working. I assume the water-resistance of these isn't so great with the added buttons.

You know what they say about assumptions. Especially in the replica business. Never assume anything unless you know it for a fact. There has never been a working flyback movement for any replica made in the past and in the present. You are paying 421$ extra for a nice website but the same watch.

You are lucky you found rwi. Perfectwatches is a rip off site. You'd be lucky to get a watch at all much less anything better than a $50 turd.

Use our TD's you will find in our dealer section or buy M2M. If you look hard enough on the Web you will find many people venting their frustration regarding bad experiences with perfectwatches.

RWI is the best watch community around. Stick around and learn a ton and have all you want in terms of awesome watches.
