Anyone able to ID this Pam127 for me?

I got this maybe 7-8 years ago for fun. I really have no idea where online. Just wanted to know if this is just some crappy Pam127? Or is it actually some factory version. I probably only wore it twice in my life. Just wanted some clarification so I can either sell it or use it as scrap. Starts right up after that long is cool though!
