I had an IWI cordovan strap a LONG time ago. Pretty good strap for the price, but his customer service is spotty from what I've heard.

I've purchased 5 or 6 straps from Ron, earlier ones were better,, I think the quality of his has went down a little bit.
I'm not happy with his shell cordovan straps as of late.

Panatime is great... I am near his showroom and went a few times. I am happy with my purchases as they are "budget" priced

I agree with the others, Panatime does deliver a nice strap for the money spent.
I owned 3 over the years. 4 and 5mm thick. To me a classic look but not custom looking.
For that, you will need to visit the pros here, Tootall, Savage and the like.

It is the 24mm Swiss Leather Black/White Waterproof Strap 115/75 24/22.

It felt a little stiff at first, but softened up after about an hour of wearing it.

I really like it.

+1. :lol: Ron's very nice n helpful, n quite a talker. of course, if you HAVE questions regarding his stock of straps, you'll get all the info you want, and then some. now, response by email is entirely a different matter.

IMO i'd say his exotics are very well-priced and good quality for what you pay (better than the equivalent priced exotics at panatime). his lizard at $25 n gen croc at $45 are very nice n very competitive in pricing. i agree w/ d4m in that i think his leathers aren't as good as panatime's, but panatime's leathers are more than double the price. but panatime's straps often each come w/ a buckle, which i personally don't believe is necessary, n you're paying fr in the price.

but alvi, you might consider this: for the price of 2 leathers at panatime or 2 gen crocs at iwi, you could get 1 custom handmade tootall. fr what you get, he's phenomenally reasonable in price. i can hardly wait fr mine to arrive. if it's fr a Pam, you've got check out his section, n drool...
