Hi friends!!

I am very, very excited about the possibility of PAM508 be repped.

However, I didn't see anything here at RWI about this watch.

Please, experts, tell me: It will ever be repped?

The factories or dealers are working on it?

If yes, there is a date for the release?

Thanks in advance!

It is perfectly factible a replication of this watch even in ceramic material
Besides it has solid caseback to make easier the replication.
No idea about projects.

The closed caseback should make a rep of this one and the 364 much better tan the 305, and both watches I would be very interested in if tat came out as Superreps

I've seen a PAM 389 (the ceramic bezeled anti-magnetic sub) repped in PVD, so it's entirely possible.

508 is a pipe dream at the moment IMO.

I'd want to see the makers produce a high quality 305 first.

Adding the movement plate from the current KW312 would be fine with me (even allowing for the various imperfections). If they can get most of the 305 correct I'd have confidence for a possible 508 in the future.

One of the other things to bear in mind is all the various requests for smaller 40/42mm Pams. I for one hope the makers do not take any notice, yes Gen Pams sell in smaller sizes but only in very limited quantity and mainly to lady pam owners and first timers with very small wrists. The vast majority are the 44mm Luminors and 45mm Radiomirs. What is increasing in terms of an upwards trend of sales is their 47mm watches.

Many risti's start off with 44/45mm and eventually 'graduate' to the 47mm pieces. I see no reason why rep owners also don't follow this natural path.

The folks that scream for 40-42mm Pams are usually non pam owners in the first place :(
