There is a rep out there using a genuine movement (Isn't is a 2892 ébauche with a Dubois-Dépraz chrono module?) but it's far from mass-produced.

So, realistically, no, there is no readily available seconds-at-12 movement for replicas.

Rumor has it there will be a A7750 rep with seconds at 12 before christmas, hopefully it will be as well done as the seconds @3 bentleys (jeweled) and not like the seconds @ 6 rolies (unjeweled).

yes, I got this info. from my rep dealer becoz she has these AP ROO running at 9 and I told her I want them at 12 and I'll buy one from her. She asked her boss, and he said around x-mas or early 08. Thats the news I got so I'm waiting for it, but I'm so into the AP ROO that I'm really tempted to pickup the @9 tomorrow. :?

I don't think that will be enough to address the subdial placement issue though. I guess we'll have to wait and see what they come up with.

update - spoke with the owner and he said earliest is June 08 and not X'mas as thought before.

I picked up a AP ROO secs at 9 anyway becoz its so bloody nice. :lol:

Would a genuine movt. fit into a case if you also had the genuine dial? You could always go the custom route if so.

I have seen case with genuine dial fitted and for the genuine movement, you need a different hands.
