Any list of smaller (40mm ish) pams??

I'm thinking of getting my first pam, but I definitely do not want a large watch. Now common sense says this is impossible... but I know there are some 40mm ones out there. What are they?? I love the 233, 270.. the arktos, mm.. but these are at least 44mm

So does anyone have a list of the smallest ones? Thanks!!
