Hi there,

I was reading through the tutorials and repair/modification sections and realized that a few members had pulled the stem off their watch in their attempts to water-proof their watch and some of them are having problem putting it back or may have damage their movements.
I was wondering if any pro out there is willing to give a pictoria guide on how to remove the stem from the common movements properly. (2813, A7750, Clone/ETA 2824 and etc)

Thank you.

if in doubt dont.... especially on the 28XX series the stem release is VERY fragile....

:)

however simple... position 3 to hack the movement then simply press stem release button and gently remove.

Just pulled out and put back without problem. Should I just push the stem back directly?
Waiting for the 2824 movement to arrive for another try.
