Antique Walnut Gator strap For PAM288K

I've had the PAM288K since last October which I got from Toro. It's a really beautiful watch but I've never really had the right strap for it.
The rep strap is just too small so it's been on a nice 26mm/26mm saddle leather strap since I bought it but it didn't really do it justice.
I've been looking for the right strap ever since.

A few weeks ago, next door on RWG, Serge D posted a pic in the daily wrist check section of his 288 on a gator strap & I thought it looked amazing. I dropped him an email with my requirements & a few weeks later my perfect strap for the 288 turned up & I really love the combination.

Serge is a great bloke to work with & answers all emails very quickly, I can't recommend him enough, a true craftsman.

Yes it's a very interesting combo, the colours are so rich.

It's a beaut and the 288 is one of my favorite watches. I love the grains on that strap....wear it well mate!
