Bought 2 more watches before xmas from Amanda. Once again, Amanda was quick in communication and very accommodating.
1st one is the pam 359. The watch was very beautiful with the polished case.
Watch came with the crown guard loose. Realized the screw in the top of the crown guard was loose.
Tighten it and it didnt have any issue until 2 days later when the crown guard was loose again.
So I went to tighten the same top screw in the crown guard.
However upon closer inspection, I realized the screw in the lower part of crown guard was missing.
Emailed Amanda and she asked for some pics.
After sending her the pics, she immediately said she will order 2 screws for me.
The screws came 1 week plus later.
Amanda nv fails to delivery man!!
