This was my first purchase from Ryan and as you can tell, I'm very new here. All I can say is that I'm very impressed with Ryan (InTime) from all aspects. He answered every question I had, regardless of how silly it may have been. He answered quickly and honestly. The QC pictures were excellent and he also addressed every comment or question I had. He provided good feedback and offered his opinion when prompted. The watch arrived exactly as described and pictured. He continued to communicate promptly after the watch arrived and till now, I get a prompt response from him on any question I have, whether or not it's about my purchase. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this seller.
