Can one really pull that off?
I mean, that has to be illegal even if you "don´t know" if it is a fake or not!?

They almost invariably get taken down by eBay, it is against eBay rules whether the seller knows or not and with the number of us reporting as fake eBay knows quite quickly.

who in the right state of mind wouldnot want a panerai ?? kidding /
if i as given a watch of which i doubt the authenticity i would a/ research the watch on google ( blimey this might be a 9000£ watch !!) b/ run to a watch shop for an expert to have a quick look at it .
unless i really dont care about money and am hgppy for ebay potential buyers to decide if it is real or not by bidding on it ,,,,, which probably does not apply to someone who just sold a 1£ teapot ...
even if a rep at 50£ starting price that might be a good deal ... ( the 20£ delivery is a bit over the top , maybe gives a bit a legitimacy to the watch ..
