Ordered 2 watches with CT, on September 15th.
Received QC for the PPF 5226G two days after. Unfortunately, it was shipped to us due to a misunderstanding with the address. Maybe some American is enjoying that watch now.
However, after clarifying the mistake, I promptly received new QC for a new one on October 13th, GL'd and shipped October 16th after double-check of the correct address. Received the watch really fast in one week.
For the second watch, I admit having RL'd it (a DD with MOP dial and diamond markers) because of crooked markers. Since this is supposed to be a present I wanted it to be perfect. After discussing with CT, I decided to change model to one where misalignments would be less noticeable (on the mop dial those markers float and if they're not regular you notice right away). Went for a silver sunburst dial from GMF.
The problem here is beyond CT's power, there's been rumours of GMF having been raided, and if not true I have other sources telling me they're super slow at the moment. Bottom line, still waiting for QC on that one. But I'm not worried, CT will get back to me when there's news and we'll pick up from there.
I have no concerns whatsoever, I've been taken care fairly from CT as usual, that's why I keep returning to them.
