The watch was authenticated by Aaron Faber, a high end jeweler on 5th Avenue.

If you have specific concerns about the watch, I will examine it again and ask him too. However, just insulting me and saying you think it's fake doesn't help me understand why or investigate it further.

I believe the guy. He seems to have sold quite a few watches. I doubt this would be the big score for him. His jeweler probably got fooled and/or was too lazy to open the case back. Give him the tells to see how he responds.
