This is my first faulty replica.

One week ago I was recieving my watch and after wearing for five days or so it stopped working.

Full winded, my Pam 562 is completly dead.

TD asks me to send it back to china, but i am wondering if it is better (cheaper and quicker) to take it to a local watchsmith.

Any tips here?
Or Spanish watchsmith wanting to work with it?

This was a pretty disappointing experience, since I had to pay with CC and got charged 20% more, and now this...

Well, I don't know why you would use a credit card as there have been many reports of cards getting overcharged. But that aside, the PAM562 is using a variation of the P.3000 movement with decorative plates to make it look like a P.5000 and the base P.3000 is reportedly not based off of any known movement. So unless your rep-friendly watchmaker is very experienced, he might have difficulty fixing what's wrong with it. Not to mention if it comes down to a movement replacement, then you'd need to purchase a movement. And that is, if your TD would even honor an external repair (and re-imburse you for some amount).

I would recommend sending it back to the TD. Just follow the instructions to send back to the letter. I've handled a few instances where the member thought it would be better to do this and that, and the watch got lost/seized going back to China, which TDs usually won't cover (do ask your TD though). Good luck.

Thank you very much for your comment, your help was very much appreciated.

I new that buying by CC had a overcahrge, but I underestimated it... I usually buy by WU but this time it wasn't available, and i tried CC.

May I ask how much time does this process usually take?
