Just came across this:
http://www.justinhast.com/motivation/2017/11/9/watches-panerai-x-sotherbys-limited-edition
Seems to be a unique piece to celebrate the opening of the UK Boutique.

Can only find 2 photos of the watch.
It isn’t clear to me what the dail colour is, which seems to be the only difference compared to the other 2 Bronzo’s

It is a brown dial. How brown that is compared to the current tobacco dials is unclear (pun intended) pending further pictures.

If it's a one-off piece, I'm not sure if it will be at all repped. That's not like 150 limited. That's 1 limited.

Well you or I may not care, but we're not making the rep. :) All I'm saying is the scarcity of the gen might discourage factories from even thinking of repping the watch.

they repped from scratch some Rms which go in the less than the fingers in your hand number, they should do this one which has nothing they don't have already

They did rep the Tudor Black Bay one so it's not out of the question. Like you say it all depends if the rep maker think there will be enough demand for it. Should be fairly straightforward if they do though.

I think we should expect more and more bronze watches by Panerai in the coming years so they could release a regular model like that, maybe in a thinner case? 1907?

Well any PAM enthousiast would laugh at you since there is no way you own the real thing... so I don't think it will be repped either.

Would be the same as wearing a fantasy watch for me.

I doubt Panerai would devaluate the PAM907 by re-releasing it. Or the PAM382. Maybe the PAM01507 (since the factory botched that rep) and/or the PAM01671.

VSF should buy the one off watch... that way they would certainly be able to rep it better than any other maker. ;)

You're a romantic old school Paneristi like I used to be. Nowadays OP is more about expanding and making money, it's all about time. Maybe not next year, but someday? Or in a 44mm thin case? Never say never :)

Well of course it's all about the bottom line. But Angelo probably wants to be able to go out into the street and not worry about someone running over him with a wheelchair (Hammer might do it :lmao: ). A 44mm bronze watch is totally possible as Panerai has made that and there is clamor for it from those who wanted but couldn't rock the Bronzo (puny wristed Risti :hehehe: ).

The currently 671 is technically a 1671 because it uses the 9010 movement with the shorter case hight
I think the next 1000 new bronzo would be a blue dial and a power reserve just like the 507

I don't think Panerai would make a 1382 or a 1507

As for the 907, its a one off and will be auctioned in London and all proceeds will be donated to the British Royal Association.

If you guys go to the Panerai Instagram page there are pics of it there

Oh yeah, you're right. I was probably thinking of a 44mm Bronzo with a black or blue dial (no power reserve) as people have been clamoring for such a 44mm Bronzo watch. Still no green dial nor a brown one as that would be devaluating the PAM382/PAM907.
