Announcement of canceling Mr. Wang's section

Dear members,
I'm sorry to tell you that we are closing the Mr. Wang 's section due to the unexpected quality problems recently.
We will process the orders left normally and stop taking Wang's order.
Meanwhile we are looking for new cooperations with more reliable watchmakers, and we will move all the moddings related treatment to our website.
In the future we will take all the modifications under our own name and take them more serious.

This is how to properly handle issues. I’ve experienced some similar about a year and half ago with an employee which ended up to him being fired. Mistake can happen, but when they’re occuring in a continuative manner something needs to be changed.

I think you mean Xuelian Wang. As far as I know, this is not „Mr. Wang“ (which would also be odd, as Xuelian is a female forename) but an official employee at C Time, as the sender email also is sales@crime(dot)io. So no worries here.

@CTime: What happens with the orders which are currently at Mr. Wang‘s watch studio? Will you receive the watches back without moddings and will give it to the new watchmaker (as soon as found) first-in-line?

Just got confirmation that this is an official employee at C Time and the last name being the same is just coincidence (as expected). No surprise, as Wang is a the most popular last name in China. So you’re fine.

Yes, Xuelian Wang is Ctime boss, it's a female name, and the accounts was running by different employees
For the orders in Mr. Wang's studio that was started already would be finished by him , others will be sent to our other partner watchmaker.

I think you misunderstood me there. I referred to the post I have quoted where a user was uncertain about a conversation with a person also named Wang. As Mr (!) Wang is no longer doing services for C Time, the user had doubts about the emails from Xuelian Wang, a C Time employee, thinking this could be the same person (which it isn’t, as we found out).

I understand this part of the business and respect highly your bosses choice not working together with Mr. Wang, the modder and watchmaker.
You and your team improved withing 1 year in this community to, in my opinion, one of the best (if not the best) dealers here.
Comparisons in Ultra High Definition, insights in factory (especially CLEAN), instant QC, instanat shipping, partner for custom works and so on.

I also had a bad expirience with Mr. Wang, he installed a genuine XTal on a Submariner, but he did not do that properly, it was not even, and so the bezel couldnt be turned around completely even. But hell, its a rep, what shall I say.
