This is my 4th Deal with Andrew & Trusty Time .
I’ve ordered 2 VSF 116610LV and a Clean Batman . Got my QC photos of the Hulks a couple of days later and just added the Batman to order . Its the level of personal service received from placing the order rite through to delivery .
I have no worries whatsoever taking my friends money and entrusting it with Andrew .
So a big thumbs up to Andrew and his buisness ethos. !!

Then it was a bit slow but the watches arrived in perfect condition and are running smoothly since then.

How many days did you guys wait after QCs were approved until you got the tracking ID?

Patience is the key in this game . There’s times QC photos come in within days other times it can take up to 2 weeks . There’s a lot of variables that need taken into account . It’s not like Andrew has all these watches on a shelf !! The factories work at different speeds . But rest assured you will get your QC photos as soon as Andrew receives your watch ( and they will be of your own watch ) . Approve them as soon as your happy and your tracking will follow in a timely manner .
I’ve bought quite a few from Andrew and his customer service is consistent through the complete process . The more emails he receives asking about QC photos or Tracking details ( and he will respond ) is wasted time .
He’s a Trusted AD . The word Trusted says it all .
Remember what we are paying and the quality of the products we receive . How Rolex can justify there prices now is just beyond me .
