Hi Guys,
This might belong more at HomageForum but I figured since its branded, it could be of interest here...
I have long wanted a PVD Lumi and recently acquired a caseset in a trade with TicTocTach on HF, so I started building up a 195 (ish) piece -
- movement and hands from my first PAM Homage from Jackson
- 005/195 Dial from ebay
- Strap m2m from Bryanpeel on here
I know a 195 isnt actually Black, and I was thinking about darkening my Ti Jackson caseset with the OxiAction method to try to get a closer look, but Im happy for it to be a bit of a fantasy piece. It has a display caseback on it so its not exactly honing in on SuperRep status
I think the OP logo Dial is great, I dont know why they dont use it on more models.
Next is a swap out of the mineral for sapphire - and a dust cleanout apparently
The caseset came with a different stem accepting crown (I think for an auto movement), so some playing around was required which left the crown standing too far out, so I'll be trying to sort that out, as well as swapping in a PVD caseback...
But anyway, had some photos so thought it was worth a share... just got the strap today, its pretty special i think...
I recently finally got a decent (watch appropriate) lens for my camera so I have been looking for opportunities to have some practice - also see http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php?t=181525
